Privacy policy
How Vyom Digital collects, uses and protects personal data.
Who we are
Vyom Digital ("we", "us") is a digital marketing agency. This policy covers this website, enquiries you send us, and the client platform we use to deliver our services.
What we collect
Enquiries: the name, business name, email, phone number, city and message you send through our contact form, and the page and campaign that brought you to us.
Clients: account details for your users, the content we create and schedule for you, approvals and comments, invoices and payment status, and performance data from the platforms you connect.
Connected social accounts: when you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Pinterest or WhatsApp, we store the access token you authorise (encrypted at rest) and use it only to publish the content you approve and to read its performance.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to deliver and report on our services, to invoice you, and to meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run our services (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) and with the social platforms you ask us to publish to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become clients are kept for up to 24 months. Client data is kept for as long as we work together and then for the period tax law requires for invoices.
Your rights and data deletion
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to us using the contact page. To remove our access to a social account, disconnect it in the client platform or remove the app from the platform's settings (for example, Facebook → Settings → Business integrations). We delete the stored token and the data read from that account within 30 days of your request.
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS, access tokens and secrets are encrypted at rest, and each client can only see their own data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms, and one cookie to remember which campaign brought you to our site. We don't use advertising cookies on this site.
Changes
We'll update this page if our practices change. Last updated November 2026.
